JEDA Surfboards is produced locally in El Salvador at our surfboard factory in Playa El Tunco.
Our facility also manufactures surfboards for internationally recognized brands including Lost Surfboards and SharpEye Surfboards, while JEDA remains our own local brand, developed with the same commitment to precision, materials, craftsmanship, and quality control.

At the center of every board is our local shaper, Jaime “Papaya” Delgado.
With years of experience as both a surfer and shaper in El Salvador, Papaya understands the waves, conditions, and equipment that work here.
He is personally involved throughout the manufacturing process — from the original board concept and shape to the final glassing and finishing stages.
That means your board isn’t simply manufactured in El Salvador.
It is built by people who surf these waves.

Contact us by website, email or WhatsApp. We’ll help select the right JEDA model, dimensions, volume and setup for your trip.
Approve your board specifications and place a 50% deposit to reserve your production slot.
Confirm Your Order

We Build Your Board

Shape → Preparation → Glassing → Finishing → Quality Control. Production typically takes around two weeks.
Arrive, Pick Up & Surf
4.
Pay the remaining 50%, pick up your board at Papaya Surf Shop in Playa El Tunco, and head to the waves.

NOT TAKING YOUR BOARD HOME?
If you decide not to travel home with your board, talk to us before you leave.
Depending on the board’s condition, model, age, and current demand, we may be able to help arrange a resale through our shop or discuss a possible buyback option.
All resale or buyback arrangements are evaluated individually and are subject to inspection and mutual agreement. There is no guaranteed resale value or buyback amount, but we’ll be happy to discuss the available options with you.
